You can definitely still get it in the UK iTunes Store. £8.99
Try searching on “Barcelona Soundtrack” — it’s not the first result, so you have to scroll a little.
Also tried amazon.co.uk — CD is available from market place sellers, It’s available to stream if you have Amazon Music Unlimited. Finally you can buy the MP3s for (You guessed it) £8.99.
Thanks, but I’m talking about the USA, which used to have streaming.
