Ian Mohr writes about Whit Stillman’s film Metropolitan for Page Six:
While “Fantastic Four” and revived 1960s series “The Man from U.N.C.L.E.” will storm theaters in August, “Metropolitan,” director Whit Stillman’s 1990 New York “modern comedy of manners,” will have a smaller release for its 25th anniversary on Aug. 7.
Is it only going to be shown in New York? I missed it during its original release and would love to see it in a theater.
It is playing in LA & D.C. as well: http://www.laemmle.com/films/39573 http://www.afi.com/silver/films/2015/p72/metropolitan.aspx
