Hello! I just stumbled across your wonderful website and was immediately drawn in by the promise of the Elvis Mitchell interview…however, when I tried to listen to it, I got an error message in both Firefox and Safari. Do you know if it requires a certain configuration/browser/media player or if it possibly doesn’t work with a Mac? Any help would be greatly appreciated…thanks!
That’s strange — it worked fine on a Mac (using Firefox) when I looked at it in May, but like you I now get an error. Maybe you could try emailing KCRW to ask them about it.
Hey Sara, it plays best with Real Player.
I had no problem listening to it when I first found it, but now I’m having the same problem you are having. I think Phil’s suggestion is best, which is emailing KCRW.
