The German DVD has Dolby Digital 5.1 sound (English track is included), 16:9 and 1.78:1 aspect ratio, and has subtitles in 10 languages (Spanish and French not included). It has great picture and sound.
Also, there are no subtitles that pop up (like in the French edition). The ten different subtitle options are: German, English, Czech, Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, Polish, Portuguese, Swedish, and Dutch.
